Each charter comes with an experienced crew, all essential safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Particular inclusions can differ depending on the type of service — for example, sunset tours come with gourmet snacks and refreshments, whereas business charters include meeting facilities and specialized catering options.

It's advisable to book your charter 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly in the high season from May to September. For corporate functions and personal celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead provides better access to yachts and more time to tailor your experience.

Your safety is our highest concern. In the event of poor weather as determined by our captain, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We vigilantly track weather conditions and will inform you 24 hours prior to your departure if the weather is looking unsuitable.

Certainly, you may bring your preferred snacks and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. Nevertheless, we offer high-standard catering services with customizable menu options as well. Please be mindful that due to safety measures, glass containers are not allowed onboard.

We recommend getting in touch with us during the booking process so we can address your specific requirements and suggest the most appropriate yacht, making any necessary arrangements.

If you need to cancel your booking, doing so no less than 72 hours prior allows you to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the set departure time are not refundable, except in the case of unwelcoming weather conditions or mechanical difficulties on our end.
